Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or customer service, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate quotations for equipment spare parts.
• Collaborate with production, project managers, logistics, and other departments for order fulfilment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to products and orders.
• Prepare shipping documents and obtain necessary certifications from government agencies.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and forecasting.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance department for seamless invoicing and payment processing.
• Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market insights.
