The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Spare Parts Executive to support quotations, orders, and customer liaison for spare parts. The role involves coordinating delivery schedules and tracking orders within a collaborative team.

You will liaise with customers on availability, pricing, and lead times, and coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering teams to meet parts requirements. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.

Formação académica

Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
