Job summary

WinGD Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Order Coordination Specialist to join our spare parts team. You will coordinate quotations, orders and delivery with SAP, liaise between customers and internal departments, and ensure accurate pricing, lead times and documentation.

You’ll work with global offices to meet delivery commitments and support field service units with parts needs. Ideal candidates have a technical or commercial degree and 3–5 years in spare parts sales or supply

Qualifications

Degree in a technical or commercial field.
3–5 years of order coordination or similar experience.
Understanding of spare parts processes and global logistics.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
SAP proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

Manage customer requests for spare part quotations and orders with SAP and internal tools.
Act as a central contact between customers and internal departments like supply chain, pricing, logistics, service.
Prepare and issue spare parts quotations, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and part identification.
Coordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring on-time shipment and full customer satisfaction.
Follow up quotations, open orders, and delivery schedules; maintain data in SAP.
Collaborate with WinGD’s global offices and Swiss headquarters to align on delivery commitments and project requirements.
Support field service units with spare part needs for onboard interventions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of spare parts sales and coordination processes; report activity to line management.
