Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking a Space Planner to work with client teams on non-project inquiries throughout the space planning process. You will be part of Moves, Additions and Changes, focusing on space design, construction, and moving services.

The role requires tracking moves, evaluating facility data, and updating drawings. You will meet with client representatives and contribute to planning space requirements while adhering to CBRE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to facility requirements and space needs.
• Complete a supply and demand assessment and provide recommendations to the client.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with planning space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency.
