Qualifications

• Previous spa/beauty or hospitality management experience.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth running.
• Lead and motivate the spa team, including therapists and customer service staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Train and develop staff to improve service and product knowledge.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding when required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Lead by example in delivering a professional, welcoming experience.
