Job summary

GO GLOBAL HR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a SPA Store Manager to oversee daily operations of the beauty outlet, lead the beautician team, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales by promoting service packages, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate with head office on admin matters.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the beauty / SPA industry; candidates with store manager or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with daily outlet operations and management processes.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as the main working language, Mandarin is the main working language as most of our customers and team members communicate in Mandarin, which is necessary for daily store operations.
• Stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Preference will be given to candidates with valid work authorisation in Singapore. The company does not sponsor work visa applications.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for client and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty / SPA outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage and lead the beautician team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Enhance customer service standards and handle customer requirementand relationship management
• Drive sales performance by managing sales targets and promoting service packages and products
• Manage outlet inventory, consumables, and cost control
• Coordinate with head office on administrative and operational matters
• Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities for the outlet
