Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa operations to achieve business goals and maintain smooth workflow.
• Coach and support the outlet team to enhance performance and service quality.
• Analyze sales data and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by implementing service standards.
• Schedule staff shifts and allocate manpower to optimize operational efficiency.
• Address customer feedback promptly to resolve service issues and improve satisfaction.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Enforce adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Compile and submit operational and sales reports accurately and on schedule.
