Crystal Drop Beauty Spa Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Spa Receptionist to handle enquiries and appointment bookings. You will respond to client needs, recommend our products and treatments, and ensure stock levels and treatment products are prepared before sessions.

Qualifications

• Handle customer's enquiries and booking of appointment.
• Respond to customer queries, needs and expectations with knowledge of spa services.
• Make recommendations on our products and treatments to customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary treatment products and stock replenishment.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets and sterilize instruments and equipment before each use.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Has strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and can multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
