Ex Search is seeking a seasoned Regional Technical Support and Solutions Lead to drive pre-sales engagements across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. You will analyze client needs, run POC tests, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions aligned with local business contexts.

The role covers international bidding, proposal development, channel enablement, and close collaboration with R&D on product feedback for overseas compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in pre-sales or technical support for overseas markets; familiarity with Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, and data security in international markets.
• Familiarity with international security architectures and local compliance standards in Southeast Asia (e.g., PDPA, PDP Law).
• Understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) regional deployment, big data, and industrial internet security.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and English documentation skills; ability to produce technical proposals and whitepapers independently.
• Preferred certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP) and experience with leading SEA tech companies or international security vendors are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical support and lead POC testing for Southeast Asia clients.
• Lead international bidding and draft RFP/RFI responses and technical deviation statements.
• Develop English-language industry solutions, best practice case studies, and application scenario docs for SEA market.
• Enable local channel partners and support sales to identify opportunities; speak at regional events.
• Monitor SEA cybersecurity market trends and provide product feedback to R&D for overseas compliance.
