Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Sales Engineer to design and deliver surveillance solutions for SEA, addressing customer requirements and business challenges in Singapore.

You will conduct live or virtual product demonstrations, support POC deployments, integrate VMS platforms, and collaborate with sales to win tenders. Travel across Southeast Asia is required, with a background in IT/engineering and 2+ years in security systems expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in security systems and SEA/Singapore markets.
• Strong CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, storage and networking knowledge.
• Familiar with AI video analytics and edge computing.
• Hands-on with VMS platforms: Milestone, Genetec, Luxriot.

Responsibilities

• Design customized CCTV solutions for SEA markets.
• Propose cameras, NVRs, storage and network architecture.
• Prepare architecture diagrams, BOMs and proposals.
• Lead live or virtual product demonstrations and POC deployments.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation and support.
• Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting and edge AI deployments.
• Prepare tender documentation with sales teams and partners.
• Deliver training to partners and internal teams; travel across SEA.
