Job summary

Fortitude Partnership is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to support customers across the ASEAN region from a work-from-home base in Malaysia or Singapore. The role combines hands-on database experience with clear technical storytelling to explain solutions to buyers.

You will run discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, design proofs of concept, and assess architectures to align data security capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise databases and SQL.
• Strong Bahasa and English communication to present technical content.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Design and support proofs of concept in customer environments.
• Assess database architectures and data protection requirements.
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs and solution requirements.
• Build relationships with security and infrastructure teams.
