Job summary

Singdata Cloud is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our enterprise big data software solutions across Southeast Asia. You will own the full sales cycle—from strategic outreach and product demonstrations to closing deals with digital-native and cloud-native enterprises.

You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, travel within Southeast Asia (up to 30%), and work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet complex business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level product sales with face-to-face client engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, resilient, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of enterprise-level big data software solutions across Southeast Asia.
• Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects to grow the customer pipeline.
• Conduct on-site client meetings and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent service.
• Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the entire sales process.
• Stay current with product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
