Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Data & AI Alliances Manager – Southeast Asia to lead and grow strategic partnerships across our Data & AI partner ecosystem and translate them into market and business growth.

You will collaborate with AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, OpenAI, and Anthropic to accelerate co-sell opportunities, shape joint go-to-market plans, and drive customer outcomes across SEA.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic alliances, partner management, business development, channel, or ecosystem roles across cloud, data, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of hyperscaler and technology partner ecosystems, including co-sell motions, partner programs, incentives, and funding mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Data & AI landscape with modern data platforms, analytics, cloud, GenAI and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Building and growing strategic Data & AI alliances across Southeast Asia, developing joint business plans with clear goals for pipeline, customer wins, capability, and market growth.
• Establishing and developing new strategic relationships, including partner engagement models, commercial alignment, enablement, and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Driving co-sell pipeline by connecting country Sales teams with partner account teams, registering opportunities, and bringing the right partners into strategic customer pursuits.
• Maximizing available partner programs, incentives, and funding to accelerate customer opportunities, proof-of-concepts, migrations, and Data & AI transformation initiatives.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Data & AI teams to launch joint campaigns, customer events, solution plays, and enablement programs across SEA markets.
• Monitoring partnership performance while bringing market, technology, and partner insights back into SoftwareOne's account strategies, solution development, and regional growth plans.
