MERCI MARCEL is seeking a full-time kitchen role at Robertson Quay & Great World City (French Fold). You will assist the Head Chef, supervise the kitchen team, oversee prep, cooking and plating to uphold high standards, while training new staff and ensuring hygiene and safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high standards.
• Train new kitchen team members to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Work with the team to ensure creativity, consistency and excellence in every plate.
• Communicate clearly with team and management; enforce hygiene and safety rules.
