Job summary

CMTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a sourcing professional to manage supplier selection, negotiation, and cost optimization. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance to align sourcing needs with business goals.

Qualified candidates bring 1–3+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and excellent communication. Fresh graduates are welcome; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• 1–3 years or more in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and market analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fresh graduates also welcomed.
