You will collaborate with planning, production, engineering, and finance to forecast demand, control inventory, and drive cost reductions while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (CPSM/CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for goods and services to optimize efficiency.
• Research and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness.

She/he will collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, production, engineering, and finance, while managing supplier relationships to support business continuity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods and services to optimize operational efficiency.

• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and product quality to secure the best value and align purchasing decisions with organizational goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to accurately forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor and control inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess, and minimize waste.

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from requisition through delivery, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements to enhance overall procurement efficiency.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior purchasing team members to foster professional development and strengthen team capabilities.

• Stay informed on evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and ensure operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in vendor management and supplier relationship management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
