INTVER GLOBAL CONSULTING is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Singapore to lead sourcing strategies across domestic and international suppliers. You will evaluate supplier capabilities, manage RFQ/RFP processes, and negotiate favorable terms while mitigating supply risks.
The role requires 3-5 years in sourcing and strong stakeholder management, with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and global units is essential.
3-5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities.
Ability to interpret technical documents, including schematics, drawings, and bills of materials.
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to communicate requirements, issues, and escalations effectively to suppliers, stakeholders, colleagues, and senior management.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Develop and implement commodity strategies, including domestic and international sourcing and supplier selection.
Identify and assess suppliers based on their capabilities, strengths, and ability to meet product requirements.
Manage RFQ and RFP processes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing with selected suppliers.
Review organizational spending, supply risks, and operational requirements to support commodity strategy development.
Negotiate and execute contracts, supplier agreements, and rebate arrangements.
Mitigate supply disruptions and price increases while building sustainable, mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
Develop and implement improvement plans to reduce costs and cycle times while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Conduct market intelligence and research to identify sourcing opportunities in cost-effective regions.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Coordinate with local, regional, and global business units to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
