We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, supporting procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and reliable supply chain performance.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase order processing, and supplier follow-up
Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve supply chain issues and meet business needs
Track and analyze supply chain data (lead times, costs, stock levels) to identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records in the Inventory Management System
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Assist with negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors
Prepare reports and updates on procurement, inventory, and logistics status for management
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
Experience with Inventory Management Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, or automation industries is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good negotiation and communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and data accuracy
