Job summary

Hikvision Singapore seeks a solution-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer to understand customer business needs and provide professional consultation. You will work with the sales team to identify project requirements, design solutions, and present proposals that demonstrate the value and fit of Hikvision products and solutions.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, analyzing requirements, designing architectures, and delivering technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, CS, or related field.
• 3 years of pre-sales/solution consulting/design experience preferred.
• Experience in CCTV, video surveillance, access control, networking or security solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and sales team to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and configurations.
• Design and develop solution architectures, layouts, and technical proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct consultations, product presentations, and demonstrations to communicate value of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend competitive solutions.
