Job summary

KEYDENCE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to design and conceptualize integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion prevention.

You will analyze client requirements with the sales team, provide pre-sales technical support, and prepare integration plans and compliance documents. The role covers product demonstrations, PoC activities, and collaboration with project teams and vendors to ensure robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT, security, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of integrated security pre-sales, system integration, or related technical experience.
• Knowledge of security systems and low-voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, structured cabling, electrical engineering).

Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualize integrated physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion prevention.
• Analyze client requirements and work with the sales team to understand security needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical solutioning, tender design, cost estimation, validation, specifications, integration plans, and compliance documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and PoC activities.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure robust, up-to-date solutions.
• Assist with handover to project execution and provide technical training.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
