Qualifications

• Experience engaging in complex customer interactions in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Prior experience with coding in a core programming language.
• Hands-on expertise with proofs-of-concept and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization.
• Influence stakeholders through complex engagements.
• Act as an expert solution architect for data analytics.
• Contribute to community engagement through workshops and meet-ups.
