Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Solar Account Manager in Singapore to handle negotiations, model project returns, and deliver compelling tender proposals for solar PV projects.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coordinating with project teams, and building relationships with C&I customers, government bodies, and regulators. Diploma or degree in related engineering fields is required, with experience in energy/renewable products advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Solar Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• With relevant work experience in energy industry or renewable products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage negotiations and structuring of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.
• Develop financial models to evaluate project returns.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals, follow up on bids, and deliver presentations.
• Achieve sales targets for solar PV projects.
• Coordinate with project management, O&M teams, and EPC contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Build relationships with C&I customers, SP Services, government agencies, regulators, and key stakeholders.
