Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable Solar PV & ESS engineer to present, train customers and distributors, review designs, and configure PV/ESS systems based on client requirements.

You will prepare cost calculations, bill of materials, yield projections and revenue, build strong customer relationships, track project pipelines, and resolve technical issues while liaising with the Chinese head office to align product definitions with market needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical or solar PV/ESS fields.
• 3-5 years in Solar PV or ESS industries; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics components like inverters/PCS.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, analyze, and present design feedback clearly.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Experience in EPC or inverter/ESS manufacturing is preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations and product trainings on Huawei Solar PV & ESS solutions.
• Review initial designs and optimize for PV/ESS projects.
• Design and configure PV/ESS systems; prepare BOMs, costings, yield projections.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage project pipelines.
• Support and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
• Analyze market and eco-system to aid pricing and product Definition.
• Define customer needs and draft product requirements; conduct PoC.
