Job summary
Huawei International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Solutions Engineer to present Huawei solar PV & ESS products, review designs, and configure systems to meet client requirements in Singapore.
You will build strong customer relationships, track project pipelines, and resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates hold an electrical engineering degree and possess power electronics knowledge, with strong communication, planning and presentation skills; Mandarin-English
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Solar PV or ESS.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics (inverter/ PCS).
- Strong cross-functional communication and intercultural skills.
- Well-organized with planning, analytical and presentation abilities.
- Solar/ESS project experience and EPC or inverter/ESS internship preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English communication essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations and product trainings on Huawei solar PV & ESS solutions.
- Review designs and provide optimization feedback.
- Design and configure PV & ESS systems; prepare cost, BOM, yield, revenue calculations.
- Establish strong customer relationships and track project pipelines.
- Support and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
- Analyze solar ecosystem opportunities and conduct market research for pricing and product definition.
- Define customer needs and translate into product requirements.
