Huawei International Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a skilled engineer to conduct sales presentations and trainings on Solar PV & ESS solutions, review designs, and configure PV/ESS systems to meet client requirements in Singapore. You will build strong customer relationships, handle project pipelines, and address technical issues while analyzing market opportunities and defining product requirements through research.

Qualifications

Engineering degree, preferably Electrical or Solar PV or ESS related.
Strong knowledge of power electronics (inverter/drive/PCS) for PV & ESS systems.
Excellent cross-functional communication and intercultural skills.
Strong organization, planning and analytical abilities; good presentation skills.
Self-driven with ability to work independently or in a team.
Experience in solar PV & ESS projects; EPC or inverter/ESS manufacturer internship preferred.
Mandarin proficiency to liaise with counterparts in China.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales presentations and product trainings on Huawei Solar PV & ESS solutions.
Review initial designs and optimize for PV & ESS projects.
Design and configure PV & ESS systems; prepare BOMs, costings, yield projections and revenue estimates.
Establish and maintain close customer relationships and track project pipelines.
Support and resolve technical issues faced by customers related to PV & ESS.
Analyze market opportunities for the Solar PV & ESS ecosystem and support pricing/product definition.
Define customer needs and translate into product requirements from market research.
