Job summary

ENABLE BUSINESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Software Support Specialist to assist customers of our HRMS SaaS platform. You will handle technical queries and guide users through onboarding.

You will work closely with Product and Development teams to resolve issues, document solutions, and deliver training, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or PG in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
• 1–3 years in Technical Support, Helpdesk, CS or Software Support.
• Experience with SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP or MOM regulation in Singapore.

• Experience supporting SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or Singapore MOM Regulation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
