Job summary

Poet Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Specialist to support end-to-end HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance.

The role covers onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, payroll processing, CPF, tax, and MOM work passes, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, business administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience covering Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience in payroll processing and Singapore practices (CPF, tax, MOM work passes).
• Experience in semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with BIPO or Timesoft HRIS is an advantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR administration, and compliance to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across recruitment channels.
• Prepare job advertisements, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring reports.
• Co-ordinates offer preparation, employer branding initiatives and career events.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Payroll, Benefits& HR Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Administer CPF, leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits.
• Manage income tax submissions and statutory filings.
• Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters.
• Support HR reporting, HRIS maintenance and vendor coordination.

Compliance & Work Pass Administration

• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and records.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
