Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the soft serve machine and perform daily cleaning.
• Enforce a waste-control system to keep product loss within target.
• Plan and place stock orders based on sales trends and par levels.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower scheduling to control labour cost.
• Oversee full outlet operations including staffing, scheduling, and cash handling.
