Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• F&B experience, ideally with soft serve/frozen yogurt.
• Reliable and hands-on with floor presence.
• Confident and outgoing with good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the soft serve machine, including cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Track wastage and manage stock levels for toppings and mixes.
• Assist with stock counts and prepare purchase orders for approval.
• Supervise shifts, assign tasks, and manage queue flow during peak hours.
• Handle cashiering, opening/closing, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Act as outlet lead in the Manager's absence.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires.
