Care Corner Singapore invites applications from committed social work graduates to join our dedicated teams across multiple centres in North, East, Central and beyond. We value integrity, compassion and professional ethics as we support vulnerable individuals and families through casework, information triage and community services.

Responsibilities include managing referrals, conducting assessments, planning and intervention, and documenting outcomes while collaborating with partners.

Competenze

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships or placements considered.
• Understanding of social work values and ethics.
• Experience with vulnerable populations, especially low-income families.

Mansioni

• Manage case referrals and active cases.
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases and participate in case conferences.
• Participate in networking and case management meetings.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes.
• Develop and review intervention strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of case reports.
