Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is recruiting a Social Worker / Executive (Social Work) to join our Casework and Counselling team in Singapore. This role focuses on managing cases, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and collaborating with partners to support vulnerable clients.

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work is required.
• Internship or placement experience in related areas will be considered.
• Understanding of social work values and ethics.
• Experience with vulnerable populations e.g. low-income families.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25 C&C active cases per quarter.
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases.
• Conduct case conferences with partners.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes.
• Develop and review intervention strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of case reports.
• Engage in networking and community outreach.
