Responsibilities

• CASEWORK AND COUNSELLING: Manage referrals, handle 30 active cases per quarter, conduct assessments and interventions, document outcomes.
• INFORMATION AND TRIAGE: Conduct intake assessments and refer clients to appropriate agencies.
• COMMUNITY WORK: Network with organizations and stakeholders, perform community needs assessments.
• GROUP WORK: Be part of a Group Work programme in FSC.
