CARE CORNER SINGAPORE LTD in Singapore seeks a dedicated Social Worker to join the Casework and Counselling team. You will manage referrals, conduct assessments and interventions, and lead case conferences with partners to support vulnerable communities.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work is required. You will handle intake, triage, and group work as part of the FSC programme, serving low-income families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internships/placements considered.
• Strong understanding of social work values and ethics.
• Experience or exposure in working with vulnerable populations (low-income families) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage case referrals.
• Handle 30 C&C active cases per quarter (Group 2).
• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases.
• Conduct case conferences with partners.
• Participate in networking and case management meetings.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes.
• Develop and review intervention strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of case reports.
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention.
• Conduct intake assessments per practice standards.
• Network with organizations and stakeholders.
• Perform community needs assessment.
• Be part of the programme team for Group Work programmes at FSC.
