GovTech, represented by the School of Health and Social Sciences, is seeking an administrator to support the social work section with essential administrative tasks and industry-related duties.

You will advise prospective learners on Social Work courses, assist with social media marketing, and lead or support school-level events such as orientation, open houses, alumni activities, and study trips, while maintaining course databases and handling procurement and facilities bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field (preferably in Social Work or a related discipline).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including programme and event management.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented mindset in supporting academic and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Social Work Course advising to prospective learners
• Social Media marketing of courses
• Lead or support in school-level or course-related events such as pre-placement workshops, orientation programme, Open House activities, Alumni events, Overseas Student exchanges and Study Trips
• Support and maintain course and placement database
• Support administration of course applications, procurement and facilities bookings
