Job summary

Arslan SRS is seeking an Operations Specialist (Full-Time) in Singapore to oversee daily ground operations alongside the Site Operations Manager. The role includes leading MBR and QBR reporting with client stakeholders and providing senior-level backup coverage for SOC/GSOC during staff shortages.

During extended leave periods, you will assume Training Coordinator and Access Control Coordinator responsibilities, contributing to a proactive, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ground operations with the Site Operations Manager and manage issue escalations.
• Lead operational updates and reporting during MBRs and QBRs with client stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level backup coverage for SOC / GSOC during manpower constraints.
• Take on Training Coordinator and Access Control Coordinator duties during extended leave.
