ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Specialist in Singapore to support site operations, manage escalations, and provide senior-level backup for SOC/GSOC functions.

The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, delivering updates during MBRs and QBRs with client stakeholders, and ensuring smooth handovers during periods of leave or peak demand. The position offers a competitive gross monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Proven SOC experience within a Security Operations Centre environment.
• Strong operational, cross-functional and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Operations Manager to oversee daily ground operations and manage issue escalations.
• Lead operational updates and reporting during Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level backup coverage for SOC / GSOC operations during manpower constraints.
• Assume Training Coordinator and Access Control Coordinator responsibilities during periods of extended leave.

We are seeking a capable and experienced Operations Specialist to support site operations, strengthen operational continuity, and engage confidently with key client stakeholders. Operations Specialist - Full-Time

GROSS MONTHLY SALARY

S$5,500 - S$5,700

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Site Operations Manager to oversee daily ground operations and manage issue escalations.
• Lead operational updates and reporting during Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level backup coverage for SOC / GSOC operations during manpower constraints.
• Assume Training Coordinator (TC) and Access Control Coordinator (ACC) responsibilities during periods of extended leave.
