Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. seeks a Supply Chain SOC Specialist to join its Logistics GSOC in Singapore. You will monitor shipments in real time, manage security alerts, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted movement and protection of goods.

The role requires 5+ years in SOC/GSOC or related fields, strong analytical abilities, and experience handling incidents. A 24/7 rotating shift environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in security, logistics, supply chain, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SOC/GSOC or related operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing incidents and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active supply chain shipments through dashboards, alerts, route status and tracking-device status.
• Monitor and follow up on elevated-risk, delayed, overdue and incident-related shipments.
• Assess and manage security alerts including route deviations, tamper alerts and cargo-theft indicators.
• Verify alerts and coordinate with Logistics teams, carriers, drivers, platform support and stakeholders.
• Escalate suspicious, high-risk or confirmed security incidents per procedures.
• Support incident response, recovery activities and investigations as required.
• Maintain accurate SOC logs, trackers and incident records with escalation details and case references.
• Conduct proper shift handovers and provide timely updates and reports.
• Report platform or communication disruptions and support alternate monitoring methods.
• Identify recurring risks and opportunities for process improvement.
