The successful candidate will play a key role in security monitoring, incident response and intelligence reporting to support operational and travel risk management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, risk management, crisis response, GSOC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm platforms.
• Respond to real-time incidents and escalate threats according to protocols.
• Monitor global/ regional events and assess risks to travellers, assets, and business operations.
• Conduct open-source research and intelligence gathering.
• Produce travel advisories, traveller briefings and situational reports.
• Support crisis response and incident management processes.
• Maintain accurate incident and intelligence logs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
