Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support construction project accounting and reporting. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.

You will monitor project budgets, track expenditures, manage payables/receivables, assist HR payroll, and ensure compliance with MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations while collaborating with project managers to align financial planning with construction timelines.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.
• Budget management: monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances to management.
• Cost control: implement cost-saving measures, analyze project costing, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Accounts payable & receivable: process invoices, manage supplier payments, and follow up on client collections.
• Payroll support: assist HR in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and CPF contributions.
• Compliance & audit: ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations; support internal and external audits.
• Project finance support: work closely with project managers to align financial planning with construction timelines.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
