Job summary

SH DESIGN & BUILD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full sets of accounts within a construction environment. The role requires meticulous attention to numbers and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

You will handle invoicing, GST compliance, month-end closes, cash flow management and financial reports, leveraging NAVISION and other accounting software to ensure accuracy and timely reporting for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years’ of accounting experience in construction industry
• Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Meticulous with eye for details and numbers
• Responsible, committed and work well in a team
• Strong IT literacy and experience using NAVISION and any other accounting software

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts
• Issue invoice, process payment and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare month end closing and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate financial and management reports.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
