Job summary

KOBLE SG PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on project and after-sales coordinator who owns the client after handover. You will diagnose faults remotely, decide the appropriate response, and coordinate with technicians for service, replacements and repairs.

You will also manage stock levels, raise replenishments, and keep records for every client. The role requires an electrical/service background, strong language skills, and comfort with customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on service or electrical background.
• Ability to diagnose faults over the phone.
• Organised with stock management and client coordination.
• Comfortable dealing with customers in homes.
• Class 3 licence required; site presence when needed.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposal.
• Schedule and manage ongoing sites.
• Provide periodic updates to clients.
• Receive and triage client enquiries and faults.
• Diagnose remotely and decide the response (video call or technician).
• Coordinate warranty claims, replacements and repairs with technicians and suppliers.
• Keep service and fault records for every client.
• Attend site when the team is stretched and provide on-site troubleshooting.
