You will coordinate from initiation to handover, review specs, manage subcontractors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality. Strong English communication and documentation skills are essential as you collaborate with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Building Services engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong communication in English; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ELV, GRMS, or hospitality tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smart home and hotel guestroom projects from initiation to completion.
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical requirements for successful implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, architects, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project documentation, shop drawings, method statements, and progress reports.
• Plan and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and post-handover.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet specs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules for materials.
• Provide technical training and demonstrations to clients and end users.
• Support maintenance activities and after-sales service when required.
