Job summary

Koble Sg Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an on-site technician to run installations of smart home systems for HDB flats, condos and landed homes. You will supervise installers, configure controllers, and ensure builds match the design.

As you grow, you’ll take charge of projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients, sales, contractors and designers, and planning each install. Training will cover networking, Zigbee and Matter, controller setup, and automation programming.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background in any trade — electrical, appliance repair, facilities, AV, IT support.
• Class 3 driving licence.
• Comfortable dealing with clients in their own homes.
• Fine working in renovation conditions — dusty, unfinished, on site.
• Willing to learn networking and systems properly, not just follow instructions.

About the role

We fit out HDB flats, condos and landed homes across Singapore with smart lighting, switches, curtains, aircon control, locks and security systems.

You’ll be on site running the installation — supervising the installers, configuring the system, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed. Over time you’ll take charge of projects end to end, which is the path to project manager.

You don't need smart home experience.

If you've worked as a service technician, handyman, electrician's assistant, AV installer or in facilities, and you're ready to move from doing the work to running it, we’ll train you properly — home networking, Zigbee and Matter, controller setup, and automation programming.

What you'll do from day one

What you'll grow into

This is the role we develop project managers from. As you get up to speed you’ll take charge of projects from the start — attending site meetings, liaising with clients, our sales team, contractors, interior designers, architects and electricians, and planning and sequencing each install yourself.

You’ll also rotate through other parts of operations, including after‑sales support and inventory, so you understand how what happens on site affects everything upstream and downstream. Small team, so that exposure is real rather than theoretical.

What we're looking for

Useful but not required: electrical work experience, LED strip soldering, networking knowledge, prior smart home work. We teach all of these.

The details

• $3,000–$3,900 per month depending on experience, plus transport allowance

• 6-day week, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm

• 14 days annual leave, dental and medical benefits

• Company van provided for site work; personal use can be arranged

• Based at Oxley Bizhub 2, Ubi Road 1; projects across Singapore
