Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Smart Home team in Tampines. You will coordinate projects from planning to completion, ensuring clear communication between clients, interior designers, electricians, and our internal team. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving and technology-driven home automation projects.

The position is permanent, with hours Mon–Fri 9am–6pm and Sat 9am–1pm, in Tampines. Salary up to $2,900.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination in smart home or construction industries.
Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate smart home projects from planning to completion.
Prepare diagrams based on client and ID requirements.
Manage timelines, tasks, and docs using ClickUp.
Liaise with clients, IDs, electricians, and internal teams.
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email.
Troubleshoot basic smart home issues and escalate as needed.
Conduct site visits and coordinate installations.
Prepare equipment and manage inventory in Xero.
Maintain showroom and handle admin duties including data entry and vendor payments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
