AsterSpring Skin Care Center in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a consistent, professional front-desk experience for walk-in customers and callers. You will handle appointments, enquiries and payments while maintaining brand standards and accurate records.

This role requires a warm, customer-centric approach and the ability to multitask in a busy mall environment, including weekends. Mall-based location with strong team coordination and daily operations support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception or front-desk roles is an advantage.
• Professional, warm and customer-centric communication style.
• Able to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers, ensuring a pleasant client experience.
• Handle appointment bookings, changes and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Manage customer enquiries across all communication platforms promptly and courteously.
• Perform front-desk functions, including payment processing and data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of reception and waiting areas.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth treatment flow and daily operations.
• Relay customer feedback and support internal communication for alignment and consistency.
• Support daily reporting and ensure accurate customer records.
