Job summary

IBHSKIN in Singapore is seeking a friendly and proactive Front Desk Associate to welcome clients, manage bookings, and handle inquiries across in-person, phone, and chat. You will support the team with daily operations, assist with promotions, and guide a junior intern while maintaining a discreet and professional environment.

Full training provided; no prior experience required. The role offers growth into clinic operations with a close-knit team and structured development path.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in customer service, front desk, retail, beauty or wellness is a plus.
• Friendly and confident in speaking with people in person and on the phone.
• Happy to call leads and coordinate bookings.
• Organised and reliable handling calls, messages and walk-ins.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, booking systems and basic computer tasks.
• Discreet, patient and able to put people at ease.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, check them in and look after them discreetly from arrival to checkout.
• Manage appointments across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and walk-ins, and keep therapist schedules organised.
• Call people who signed up for promotions and help them book a time.
• Answer questions about treatments, pricing and policies clearly and accurately.
• Process payments, issue receipts and explain payment terms.
• Keep client records and booking notes up to date.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up on no-shows to reschedule.
• Handle feedback and complaints calmly, escalating to management when needed.
• Guide and support the front desk intern.
• Keep reception presentable, and help with stock checks and daily opening/closing.
