Qualifications

• GCE O level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support across operations and customer care, including registration, appointment scheduling, maintaining customer records, and cashiering.
• Manage customer appointments, including follow-up and appointment reminders.
• Proactively address and resolve customer feedback and inquiries.
• Ensure prompt and professional handling of all customer inquiries and feedbacks.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned on an as-needed basis.
