The role serves as the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and seamless experience throughout their visit. This position manages walk-in customers, appointment arrangements, and customer enquiries across various communication channels. The incumbent is expected to uphold AsterSpring’s service standards, maintain accurate administrative records, and support overall center operations to ensure an efficient and customer‑centric environment.

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable client experience.
• Manage customer enquiries across all communication platforms promptly and courteously.
• Handle appointment bookings, changes and follow-ups with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth treatment flow and daily operations.
