Job summary

IBHSKIN, a Singapore skincare clinic, is hiring a friendly front desk associate. You will greet clients, manage bookings across multiple channels, and ensure smooth daily operations from arrival to checkout.

No experience is required as full training is provided; experience in customer service is a plus. The role involves handling inquiries, payments, and basic admin while supporting the front desk intern and maintaining a welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in customer service, front desk, retail, beauty or wellness is a plus.
• Friendly, confident communicator with people in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, check them in and look after them from arrival to checkout.
• Manage appointments across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and walk-ins; keep therapist schedules organised.
• Call leads who sign up for promotions and help them book their first visit.
• Explain treatments, pricing and policies clearly and accurately.
• Process payments, issue receipts and explain payment terms.
• Keep client records and booking notes up to date.
• Send appointment reminders and reschedule no-shows.
• Handle feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Support front desk intern and keep reception tidy.
• Assist with stock checks and daily opening/closing.
