CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore is seeking a frontline concierge associate to manage the customer service counter, assist shoppers, and rove the mall to ensure spaces are well maintained and welcoming.

The role requires good communication, a positive service mindset, and the ability to multitask across inquiries, lost and found, and promotional activities, including CapitaStar loyalty and eCapitaVoucher programs.

Formación

• GCE O' Levels or above.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, frontline retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the customer service counter and provide accurate information to shoppers.
• Roving during mall hours to address maintenance issues and customer feedback.
• Assist with promotions, loyalty programs, and concierage inquiries via email.
• Handle lost and found items and assist with events and store round duties.
• Upsell CapitaStar loyalty programs and eCapitaVoucher.
